Hi everyone.

First of all, I want to thank everyone who participated in our Web poll on the Healing page. I was going to officially close voting for the second installment of healing topics on Monday, August 14th. However, I'm in a bit of a conundrum because two topics received the exact same number of votes: Self-Esteem and Healing Shame, at 23% each. Wanting this to be a democratic site, I've decided to leave the voting open until we have a decisive winner. So, please vote NOW!

I'm still working on the final page of the Triggers and Phobias healing pages. So, please check back tomorrow for that.

I have started a new page about my personal healing journey. Please check it out and check back often as I share more.

Finally, I am saving past messages and you can view them by clicking on "Message Archives" to the left.

I'm finally done with the last Triggers and Phobias page. This page talks about lessening the impact of unavoidable triggers and how to best implement the ideas.

I'm holding voting open for the second series of healing topics until August 31, 2006, so please vote now and help us break the current tie between Self-Esteem and Healing Shame.

If any of you have been following my Blog, you knew that I was concentrating on my book writing last week. I got a lot done and am glad to be back with you here on the Web site.

Well, I'm kind of surprised, but the Web poll on the Healing page has taken an interesting turn. The subject of Rescuing Your Inner Child has pulled way ahead of the two topics that were previously in a dead heat: Healing Shame and Self-Esteem. I am committed to closing the voting on August 31, 2006. So, if any of you do not want to learn more about Rescuing Your Inner Child next, please vote now. Otherwise, that will be our next topic and I will post the first page on that subject on Friday, September 1st.

Wow, I can't believe it's September already. August just flew by! As promised, I've closed the voting of our last Web poll about what our next healing topic would be. Since I am operating under democratic principles here, I am launching the next topic according to the results of the poll which are as follows:

As you can see, the votes for the subject of Rescuing Your Inner Child were off the charts! So, that's where we'll journey next. Please visit the Healing page for the first installment of that new topic, which I have just posted today. Also on that page, you'll find the next Web poll. In the U.S. we are getting ready to celebrate the Labor Day holiday, so after today, I'll be off-line until Tuesday, September 5th.

I truly meant to get the third Inner Child page up this week, but I've been having kind of a rough one. I've had a lot of nightmares and not much sleep. I think my own inner child has gone into hiding. So, please check back next week for updates. I will try my hardest to get some rest over the weekend and get out of my funk! Sometimes I feel like an ugly little gremlin instead of an angel that's here for you. Sorry about that.
